Bathrooms were in need of repair/updating. Felt slightly dirty, even though they had been cleaned.
The images of the hotel look nice, but the room is a very poor condition. The room had a bad smell, the air-conditioned didn't help either (the filter was not cleaned). The door seemed to be broken, fridge was dirty and didn't properly closed door, microwaves also dirty and old. I had to kill one cockroach. Lamp was damaged. Etc. It was one of the cheesiest places I've ever been to. Doesn't worth the money.
good comfotable place...good loction and,,,and good value for the money
The room was clean. We also had a frig and microwave. It was very affordable. The office staff was very helpful. Parking was great!
Need new mattresses and box springs. They made noise when you turned over or sat on them and were not as comfortable as they could have been. The pillows were way too flat. Needs more light. The new light bulbs do not put out good lighting for reading.
The best ammenitie about the hotel is the location and the price. The hotel is one block from the main strip and is inexpensive for the Ammenities you receive. The room was clean, there is a kitchen, and great tv channels If you want to relax in the room. Main aspect to remember is as a customer you get what you pay for, plus a bit a more.
My dislikes were the room is not up to date, the surroundings of the hotel needs some attention, and when I called to confirm that I would be late no one picked up the phone. Also I found out today that I was over charged which I will hopefully resolve.
The girls at the desk and the man who worked at night
we had no blankets on our bed!! had to go downstairs at midnight. no pool loungechairs! The price was way too high for that room!
Staff was extremely accomodating. Good Price for a value vacation. Permitted parking prior to check-in.
Needs updated. No shampoo or conditioner in room--bring your own
broken table, broken chair, holes in walls/ceiling, horrible customer service, no noise ordinance enforced, wifi advertised not given, ice machine broken, front desk not open 24hrs all around bad expierence
I usually stay at more upscale hotels when going to va beach but due to a popular weekend, I wasn't able to find a decent hotel for under 150 a night (it's March) I stayed at the Sundial motel (not Inn) as a last resort. It wasn't horrible but I would prefer to never stay there again.
It was old and musty smelling. It was a non smoking room but it smelled smoky and there was a cigarette burn on the sheets. I didn't even sit at the chairs and table because it was just grimy looking. There was a toenail clipping on the bathroom floor which shows how much they sweep or vacuum.
It was close to the beach.
My friend and I got bed bug bites and ended up bringing them home. Not real happy about that.
The room was clean and housekeeper was on point with servicr
Too noisy had to call front desk twice for the noise
Quick walk to beach.
The Location..."the inn"...which was definitely a motel was located behind a fast food restaurant. The local homeless took up residence at this particular fast food restaurant, it was a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The rooms were stuffy and moldy smelling. The carpets and chairs were stained and old. Our room was on the bottom floor, the window was not designed to open, I suppose for our safety...the fresh air was definitely needed. The bathroom door would not shut and while waiting for the shower water to warm...the tub filled with water due to a clogged drain!!
Its location to the beach and board-walk
i like the location it was very convenient to the beach.
i didnot like waking up in the morning and discovering a huge waterbug in my room and having to wait an hour for the maintenance man.
I like the proximity to the beach, parking.
